			<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4日下午，深足全体将士一行30余人在教练张军的带领下来到深圳市社会福利中心，为生活在这里的孤残儿童、孤寡老人送来了现金和一批棉衣、书籍等物资。一次特殊的慰问之旅，让我及深足全体将士受到一次心灵的震撼。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在深圳市社会福利中心生活的孩子，大部分存在身体和心理上的障碍。 </font></p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 之所以能成为一个顶级的俱乐部，所有的一切都源自专业。我这次之所以会被选中去米兰试训，也就是因为他们有专业的球探公司发掘的。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 初到米兰，对我来说，一切都觉得很新鲜。首先是俱乐部的企业文化，从上到下都是大家所熟悉的蓝色。教练组对每一个球员都有专业的分析。会针对每个球员的特征进行训练。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 其次是食谱，他们会有精确的卡路里计算，保证球员的运动体形及能量的吸收、消化的吸收。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 再次是训练科学、专业。让你在快乐中训练，不会感觉到特别累。每一个星期的训练都有不同程度的变化。有新鲜感。训练的时间恰到好处。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 太多的专业，成就了一个个巨星。就连困扰我多年的肠胃病也迎刃而解。太多的感慨，我们需要学习的还很多很多......</font></p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 能够和菲戈、阿德、伊布、克雷斯波等这些大腕在一起踢球，对于我来说是一件多么美妙的事，更何况还能与他们成为队友。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 没到国米之前，总以为这些大腕是多么的高不可攀，多么傲气。在国米的10几天里，亲身体验了这些大腕点点滴滴。他们住着豪宅，开着名车。但是他们对训练非常执着，非常敬业。对待球迷非常热忱。对待我这个新朋友非常和蔼。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;在场上，他们的脚法细腻，视野开阔。几乎一传一个准。力量也比较大，我接球都比较困难。他们会鼓励我，教我。虽然在语言方面有些障碍，但是大家彼此用足球默默的交流。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 他们之所以能够成为世界顶级联赛的大腕，绝对是一早一夕训练出来的，球品与人品同等重要。</font></p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 能够有机会到意甲豪门国际米兰进行试训，跟索拉托博士有着千丝万缕的关系。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 索拉托博士是一位慈祥的老人，他自己经营一家经纪公司，专门帮这些豪门发掘有潜力的球员。他非常专业，对我非常照顾，知道我的肠胃不好，便约医生为我检查身体，彻底解决了一直困扰我的问题。找到了病源的根本，专门根据我的身体情况制作了一套专业的食谱。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在国米期间，他对我就象对他儿子一样关心我。无论是饮食还是训练，他都对我照顾的细微周到。帮助我制定了目标。引导我开拓视野。甚至有时候出去吃饭，还专门为我开小灶。尽量避免让我吃到过热过冷或者过辣等对肠胃有刺激的东西。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 回国前，怕我在深圳买不到意大利的原装咖啡，他还专门为我准备球鞋，咖啡等一系列的东西。叮嘱我好好调养身体。有机会再重登意甲。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 感谢索拉托博士，一位慈祥的老人。我现在在印度加尔各答准备国青队的比赛，我希望用进球来回报索拉托，回报所有人对我的关爱。</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我与大雷相识在国青队，中国足协08之星德国集训的选秀上，那次我们俩谁也没被选上。同病相怜，惺惺相惜，我们相约今后一定要出头。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 时间过的真快，转眼到到06年，我俩几乎同时接到了意甲豪门国际米兰的邀请试训通知，大雷比我先去几天，随后我也到了米兰。大雷亲自到机场迎接了我，也许，这次试训不会给我们的足坛生涯带来生死转折般的变化，但是绝对是一次值得铭记的经历。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我们两个来自异国他乡小伙在国际顶级联赛中试训，得到了全世界的关注。能与心目中的偶像同场竞技，对我俩来说&ldquo;感觉实在是太美妙了&rdquo;，我们相互勉励，共同进步。度过了一生最难忘的13天。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 9.24日,我所在的深圳金威队与大雷所在的上海联城队在深圳进行比赛,比赛开始之前，得知自己有可能首发，我非常兴奋可以和王大雷对决：&ldquo;我和大雷在国青队的时候就是队友了，没想到能有机会一起去国米学习。在国米二队的时候，和大雷基本上都被分在一个队里训练，没有机会演练他对我的防守能力。所以，我很想有机会打进他一个球。&rdquo;上半场的时候，我在禁区左侧启动被对方球员推倒，痛苦倒在地上,大雷跑了过来，拍了拍我，鼓励我站起来；上半场快结束时，大雷扑球用力过大，肩膀受伤，我也同样跑过来查看，微笑着拍了拍他的背。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;尽管这场比赛,最终我们队输了,尽管第二天我们还要一起去参加国青队的集训,&nbsp;相信我俩的友谊会更加深刻。<img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" src="http://img93.pp.sohu.com/images/2006/10/26/11/18/10f16a11b8f.jpg" border="0" /></p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>1、蔬菜最好的方式是减少烹饪程序，尤其是油炒需要避免</p>
<p>2、小西红柿、胡萝卜、土豆、莴苣菜、菠菜等蔬菜需要常备</p>
<p>3、小西红柿、莴苣菜（切细）、胡萝卜（洗净削成薄片）每顿饭用橄榄油凉拌生吃，胡萝卜洗净削成薄片。如果有柠檬最好，用柠檬汁代替醋作为调味品。</p>
<p>4、土豆直接用水煮熟便可食用，千万不要其他烹饪程序，例如红烧土豆等做法，文钊不能再吃</p>
<p>5、菠菜和莴苣菜可以煮汤，做成较浓的汤汁，让文钊连汤一起食用。但切忌饮用热汤，避免损伤胃，一定等待汤比较温以后才食用。</p>
